I was meditating on Expansion as I gazed at the ocean. I was transfixed. It goes as far as the eye can see, in wondrous colors of blue and aqua marine. My world opened, expanded and I was full of the beauty of mother earth, the peace. It’s always there. I reached a state of relaxation I didn't even know I needed.
Spirit spoke: You choose your focus. You can focus on the beauty and love, the support we have on this planet or you can focus on what’s happening that’s the opposite.
As I focus on the beauty I’m still aware the rest is unfolding. I put the energy out for peace- I Choose to be a beacon of light and shine, uplifting others who are searching for the Light.
The more Light projected, the more will see it. Will feel the comfort, Love and peace of Spirit that’s always there.
I choose to be a part of the awakening of humanity. It’s NOW, in what feels like the toughest, most divisive, violent times. There’s an awakening that it’s time to allow Love to lead, To forgive. To free the soul from hate, as that limits the expansion of Love that will heal, one soul at a time.
I choose to allow my Love to lead. I was blessed to get away and refill my cup, as I knew it was time. If you can't get away, find a moment to disconnect from the world and refill your cup. Bask in the beauty of Mother Earth. Breathe out the stress of the world, and Breathe in peace. Ask to be filled with the Love of Spirit and feel your heart Expand. Like the ocean, far beyond what you can see is where your Love is felt. And so it is!
