Breathe IN Now
If you're feeling the heaviness of the world right now, you're not alone. There's a lot of unknowns creating anxiety and a sense of fear. It's important to stay centered, to cultivate your inner strength with your connection to Spirit, and allow that to be your safe place to Breathe.
Freedom comes from the choice you make in this moment. Because there’s only this moment. Close your eyes, breathe into your heart and ask yourself, "How do I feel right now?" Listen with your heart. Breathe into your heart and connect to Spirit. Take a deep breath and say:
I let go of the tension in my body. I let go of worry for the future and I let go of the past. In this moment I am present with my breath. I feel it move from my feet to the top of my head, expanding my body, my awareness of Spirit. My breath in this moment cleanses all fear and I Breathe IN peace Now. I am Peace Now.
It’s that simple to center and tune into the moment by becoming One with your breath. Your power comes from focusing your energy in the present and choosing how to channel it, regardless of what's happening around you. Gather your energy and allow it to empower your Life!
